Yoki User Agreement

Hi there, welcome to Yoki!

This is our friendly little agreement that covers everything you need to know about using our photo editing tool. No weird legal jargon, just simple rules we both agree to follow. Since you don't need an account or login to use Yoki, opening the app and using our features means you're okay with all the terms below.

How you can use Yoki

▸ Edit any photos that you have the right to modify, personal or commercial, we don't mind either way. You don't even need to tag Yoki when you post your edited works, though we'll be super happy if you do!
▸ Play with all our fractured beauty styles, light refraction effects and polygon filters as much as you want, there's no usage limit for core features.
▸ Please don't use Yoki to create content that hurts, misleads or impersonates other people, okay? We built this tool to help people make cool art, not cause trouble.

Who owns what?

All the art you create with Yoki is 100% yours, always. You can do anything you want with the edited photos, no strings attached.

The Yoki app itself, our unique physics-based light refraction algorithms, signature fractured beauty presets and all interface designs are things our team spent hundreds of hours building. So we ask that you don't copy, reverse engineer, repackage or resell any part of the Yoki app itself.

Our service promises

▸ We'll work hard to keep Yoki running smoothly, and we'll roll out updates regularly to add new effects, optimize existing ones and make the app faster for you.
▸ Sometimes we might adjust or retire old features if we're building something better, but we'll always try to keep your favorite effects available if we can.

Your privacy is our priority

Since you don't need to sign up or log in to use Yoki, we don't collect any personal information from you at all. No names, no emails, no location data, nothing.

All the photos you edit stay only on your own device, we never upload them to our servers, and no one from the Yoki team will ever see the photos you're working on unless you choose to share them with us directly.
